These Terms of Service govern the engagement between DevX and its clients. By utilizing our systems, you acknowledge and accept these formal frameworks.
Operational Engagement
All service provisions are governed by individual Project Agreements. These documents define the technical scope, architectural deliverables, and commercial matrices specific to each engagement.
Client Governance
To maintain systemic efficiency, clients are required to adhere to the following protocols:
- Provisioning: Timely delivery of technical assets and brand collateral.
- Response Cadence: Feedback must be provided within agreed temporal windows to maintain project momentum.
- Legal Integrity: Clients warrant that all provided content adheres to intellectual property standards.
Development Lifecycle
3.1 Iteration Management
Standard modules include predefined iteration rounds. Requests exceeding initial architectural specifications will be assessed as secondary modules and cited accordingly.
3.2 Chronology
We operate on rigid delivery timelines. Delays resulting from external exogenuous factors or client feedback latency will result in proportional adjustments to the deployment schedule.
Financial Infrastructure
Remuneration is structured around milestone achievements. We utilize local digital payment gateways (eSewa, Khalti) and verified banking transfers. Non-adherence to the payment matrix may result in systemic suspension of development.
Intellectual Assets
Upon total financial reconciliation, clinical ownership of custom architectural code and visual assets is transferred to the client. DevX retains usage rights for archival and portfolio diagnostic purposes unless otherwise stipulated.
Risk Mitigation
Our liability is strictly limited to the total financial value of the specific project module. We are not liable for peripheral or exogenuous damages arising from platform utilization.
Jurisdictional Authority
These protocols are governed by the sovereign laws of Nepal. Disputes will be neutralized through professional mediation within the Kathmandu jurisdiction.
